Company Directors Disqualification Order
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment has issued a consultative document on a proposed amendment to the Companies Directors Disqualification Order (NI) 2002 which will provide for disqualification for directors or companies which breach competition law. Responses are requested by 29th October 2004.
