The Insolvency Bill Consultative Document and Executive Summary
The DETI proposes to introduce a new Insolvency Bill through the NI Assembly during 2002 which will introduce a moratorium for small companies in financial difficulties to provide them with a breathing space to draw up a rescue plan to put to their creditors.
