Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment is carrying out a consultation exercise, as to whether a new Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act should be extended to cover Northern Ireland, this new Act is being made by the Department of Constitutional Affairs in London. The following documents are attached: - a draft Bill, a table summarising the changes and a working draft of the Regulatory Impact Assessment - please note that the Regulatory Impact Assessment is a working draft and may be subject to change. Responses are requested by the 19 January 2006
