Productivity and Enterprise: Insolvency - A Second Chance
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) proposes to further modernise the legal framework on personal and corporate insolvency in Northern Ireland in order to help promote business enterprise.
A Consultative Document has been drawn up which gives a detailed summary of the major changes being proposed. An Executive Summary has also been drawn up and this gives a succinct outline of the proposals to modernise insolvency law in Northern Ireland and provides details of those who are likely to be affected by them.
