NI Financial Capability Strategy Consultation
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) is seeking your views on a Financial Capability Strategy for Northern Ireland Consumers.
Financial Capability is about having the skills and confidence to manage money effectively, and being able to access support and advice on money management issues when required.
The Strategy is one of a series of Executive interventions designed to break the cycle of deprivation, educational under- achievement, and economic disengagement, and to improve the health and well being of our population.

Response Form for Consultees - Responses due by 31st July 2013
As part of the 12 week public consultation on the Strategy, the Department will hold a number of consultation events. These offer further opportunities to discuss the key issues on Financial capability for Northern Ireland consumers.
"Public consultation events have been organised to provide an opportunity for people to give their views on the draft Financial Capability Strategy. They will be held 2pm on Tuesday 21 May at Loughry College, Cookstown, at 2pm on Wednesday 22 May at the Playhouse Theatre, Londonderry, at 2pm on Thursday 30 May at Belfast Central Mission and at 2pm on Thursday 6 June at Craigavon Liesure Centre."
