Statutory consultation on Banding of the Renewables Obligation (NIRO) - outcome and draft NIRO order 2009
On 23 September 2008 the Department issued its Statutory Consultation document, which closed on 15 December 2008, on the proposed banding of the Northern Ireland Renewables Obligation (NIRO). The content of the consultation was based largely on the policy being proposed in Great Britain by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
