Statutory consultation on the revocation of the supply element and the modification of the conveyance element of the Phoenix Natural Gas Limited Combined Licences for the conveyance and supply of natural gas
The Department is consulting concurrently on the revocation of the supply licence and separately on the modification of the conveyance licence to remove references to supply and transmission activities from the Phoenix Natural Gas Limited Combined Conveyance and Supply Licences. As both these consultations affect the Phoenix Natural Gas Limited Combined Conveyance and Supply Licences and to facilitate the consultation process, one consolidated document will detail all changes for both consultations.
