Promoting Investment and Increasing Employment Among the Economically Inactive: A Review of Best Practice
The Employment Research Institute in Napier University will provide insights into how economic development agencies in the EU and beyond have worked to create entry level jobs for the economically inactive. This research will also assess the transferability of different strategies to Northern Ireland.
The countries being studied are Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Slovenia, Spain and the USA.
