Social Economy Policy Group (SEPG)

The Social Economy Policy Group (SEPG) was established to develop and implement a Northern Ireland's second Social Economy Strategy. Membership is drawn from departments with a role in supporting the development of the social economy sector - the following departments/agencies are members: InvestNI, DSD, DEL, DARD, DHSSPS, DFP,  DOJ, DOE, OFMDFM, and DETI. The main focus of the group is to consider how departmental policies and programmes support the growth of the social economy sector and to contribute to the development and implementation of an integrated, strategic approach to the social economy.
