Transfer of Regulation to Financial Services Authority

Responsibility for the regulation of credit unions In Northern Ireland transferred from the Registry of Credit Unions/DETI to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on 31^st March. The FSA website contains a section dedicated to Northern Ireland credit unions and provides information about the regulatory regime, the reporting cycles and the latest developments including the programme of surgeries to be held across Northern Ireland.
