How to make a complaint against the Insolvency Service

Making a complaint against an Insolvency Practitioner
A person who acts as a liquidator, trustee in bankruptcy, administrative receiver, administrator or supervisor under individual or company voluntary arrangements must be authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner.
How to make a complaint against a bankrupt or a disqualified director acting illegally
If you suspect that an individual is acting in breach of a disqualification order, a disqualification undertaking or a bankruptcy order, please contact the the Insolvency Service's Enforcement Unit on 028 9054 8508, or you can e-mail us on insolvency@detini.gov.uk.
