[31-10-2003 ] Electricity Wayleaves (Necessary)
The procedures governing the granting by the Department of necessary (or compulsory) wayleaves for the installation or retention of electric lines are contained in paragraphs 10-12 of Schedule 4 to the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.
